“My daughter and her husband had their wedding reception at the Daymark on 10/27/2018. There was a nor’easter the night before into Saturday morning. There was flooding everywhere! Management and staff did an incredible job rearranging the room since we had to change the wedding ceremony to inside, instead of at the Lighthouse. The food and staff made it a memorable night. Everything was perfect! Thank you to all of the Daymark staff!“

“We just had my 60th birthday celebration at The Gables last weekend. The Gables is our “go-to” place for our yearly special occasions; Valentines Day, birthdays, anniversaries. My party was extraordinary! You really know how to throw a party! Every one of my guests loved it. They couldn’t believe the beauty of the venue; the gorgeous flowers outside and beautiful decor inside; the gourmet food and the lovely, lovely staff. Everyone had a great time. The owners are such lovely people. I also highly recommend La Fourchette who did amazing charcuterie platters for me, delivered to the Gables for me, that everyone enjoyed when they arrived at the party. “Kept driving by this place and finally got to try it out last week. As a Chicago native, I can tell you this is what I've been looking for the past 3 years of living here. The crust does not explode in your mouth like a bunch of tiny little splinters, it's softer and doughy. The ingredients and cheese are not skimped out on either, they are fresh ingredients and plentiful at that. The only thing I would change is more sauce, but I can do that myself next order on my own. Leftovers microwaved is a no go but air fried it's just like it came out of the oven all over again. In a Jersey full of Luigi's, pick Marios, you won't be disappointed. I suggest adding the wings into your order as well, best take out wings I've had from a pizza shop, super crispy breading and juicy interior.“

They keep this place clean and well maintained and it's a joy to visit. Solid diner food, you couldn't ask for better and decent prices along with people who treat you like you're there every morning for coffee and a roll. I still don't understand the Chili-Applebee-Friday set, the people who love their garbage chain 'food'... but here you get food that tastes like it was made by someone who really truly loves you... probably better than your mom's and it is always worth stopping. Please shop/eat/support real local business, it will always be worth it. In this case, you don't sacrifice ANYTHING for eating here, you get great food, you get treated like you belong and at a decent price, too.“

“As someone with Celiac disease, we often "miss out". It's so nice to have a place that "gets" gluten free and offers great options. I had the chicken cheese steak with fries. Both were delicious! The gluten free roll was soft, not dry & crumbly. The fries were some of the best I've ever had - fresh, crisp. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended giving them a try.“

“I’ve been coming to JT’s bagels since they opened and it’s literally the only place where I’ll get a bagel from! Consistency is key. I moved away 5 years ago and I’m officially back in Jersey for good and they’re still as perfect as I remember them! I would literally crave them. My 3 year old was born in Hawaii, a little local boy. He had his first ever, Jersey bagel from JTs and LOVED it! Needless to say, this is the best place to get your bagels from!“

“Most people order to take out from this restaurant and pick it up themselves but i ate inside the restaurant which has tables, chairs and the service which are all basic and functional. My dish was served in a paper plates and with self serve plastic utensils. I ordered the Spare Ribs Combo which includes an Egg roll and fried rice. The portion was very very nice size, the taste of everything was excellent, honestly if you want great tasting Chinese food, it's here. Don't hesitate, and i will definitely be back for more.“

“I wasn't sure about this location. I went to another 'Harvest Buffet's 25 mins away from this location that wasn't that great. But this location was ridiculously great. The food was perfect in flavor and cooked perfectly. I'm not even sure that both look cations are related in any way considering how much better this buffet actually is. My family and I are planning on coming here very often and I suggest the same, but remember to bring an appetite cause you'll be happy after eating here.“

We go strictly for the Hibachi. They start you with soup and salad. Fried rice, Lo mein, fresh grilled veggies, and your meat/chicken/seafood choice. My choice is the Filet and Scallops. It's never disappointed. My wife gets the Gluten-free meal which is plentiful and I'm sure equally good.
SERVICE
The server on Friday was ehhh... going through the motions. Generally they're pretty pleasant and at least efficient. While they do the legwork, the chef is the one doing the meal... which takes us to --->
ATMOSPHERE
Our Hibachi chef was Ocean this time. Yep, pronounced like it's spelled! He was great. There were kids at the table and he was sure to give them special attention.
Don't wanna spoil the entertainment, but Ocean made the experience a lot of fun. Don't forget the saki shots!
COST
Very reasonable for Hibachi. It's BYOB which helps with the expense. Tipping is always tricky! Chef v server... hmmm.

“I had such an amazing experience yesterday with Emilio from Luigi’s. I came in to order a pizza and fries. We were down for the day and wanted some food to take to the beach! I forgot my card in the terminal and Emilio brought it out to me!!! Then he came back again to bring me the stack of napkins I collected! I don’t know where my brain was but thank god he helped me out, as I was an hour from home! Also the pizza and fries soooo goood! Best fries I’ve had in awhile!“
