“Danny & Coop's understood the assignment, everybody can make a decent cheesesteak using rib eye, but not everybody can make the bread in house. The sesame bread was just crunchy enough on the outside but very soft on the inside, just perfect. Coming from a baker, thanks for putting the time to deliver that, the meat is also great and service was very fast. I definitely recommend getting some hot peppers and putting them on the sandwich. Ventilation was a bit so so with this crazy New York heat is the only bad thing I'd say but I will 100% come back next time I'm in NYC.“

“This place felt like a warm welcome from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was so inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious each bite bursting with freshness. The chicken steak sandwich was a standout, along with the Philly cheesesteak and those waffle fries topped with chili and cheese they were a dream! The sweet potato fries were a treat, too. “One of my favorite bars in the neighborhood! During the Knicks game tonight, the owner graciously went out of his way to send our table a cinnamon roll. It was FANTASTIC and definitely an underrated menu item! I’ll support this bar anyday.“

“The garlic knot chicken sandwich with vodka sauce and mozzarella cheese...GO GET IT. This is not a restaurant so there are no seats to eat inside but they have two tables outside. Customer service is great and quick. Nice menu variety as well.“

“If you’re a Cheesesteak lover, Philly style, I highly recommend Prados in Newark! I love everything about this place, only drawback the inside could have more room for additional tables but the food, Serb ice and atmosphere- oh and prices- are spot on! I had onion rings with my cheesesteak they were good too! No parking lot but there was plenty of on-street parking and the guts that work there are super helpful and pleasant! Don’t go to Prados - Run to Prados!! Highly recommended!“

“I haven't eaten here in years but the Italian chicken sandwich I had about 17 years ago is worth a late review... It was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. It was made with the juiciest chopped up center breast meat, I thought this spot closed years ago... I wonder if they still make that sandwich the same way they did back in the day?!!!!“

“Been coming here for a while now and the food has been amazing. The fried chicken is one of the best I’ve had in all of the east coast. They also just got BBQ Ribs and Oxtails. And they are heavenly, and full of flavors. Feels like im in a Jamaican/fried chicken cuisine. Best of both worlds.“

“I really enjoyed grabbing breakfast here. The bagels are super fresh and come out warm, which makes such a big difference in the morning. They have a huge selection of cream cheeses and sandwich options, so it’s easy to find something you like. The staff was quick and kept everything moving, even when it got a little busy.“

“I was walking down 3rd heading for Korea town for lunch. I need water so I decided to try Cafe HESTIA. Located on 3rd ave at 43rd.
When you enter, cashier is on left, sandwiches on the right, hot foods for self serve in the middle and drinks against the Bach wall and right wall.
Seating is upstairs and it is ample.“

“I have visited Charley’s Bayonne twice and both times I had a positive experience.
The first time I was there I dined-in. They have a huge dine in area with lots of tables. The order was ready within 10 minutes and my wife and I enjoyed our Philly cheesesteaks.
I downloaded their app and created an account which gave me a $5 credit for my next purchase so I ordered through the app and picked up. This time I ordered a Bacon Cheesesteak which was also tasty. As soon as I arrived (approximately 10 minutes after I had placed the order) the order was ready and properly packed with each cheesesteak in a separate box (much better than Subway’s packaging). I also ordered a side of cheese sauce but I do not recommend it. It was cold and tasteless, much different than Wendy’s cheese sauce.
Both times I visited were on a weekend early afternoon and both times the place was dead. I’m not sure if it gets busier later or during weekdays but I hope this business survives because I definitely recommend it.
You can expect to pay between 8 and 13 for your cheesesteak depending on the size. They also offer wings and other types of sandwiches.“
