I repeated my order 3 times and still the attendant managed to get the wrong order. He was just talking over me and wouldn’t listen. Obviously, English was not his first language but he could at least listen. Food was ok, but wrong.
I placed a mobile order for a 3 piece chicken (thighs/wings) along with a side of mashed potatoes and in my opinion the food was just ok, nothing to brag about. They didn’t include any sauces with the chicken and one of the 3 pieces was very small, the size of a small buffalo wing. If you can get a good deal it might be worth, otherwise there are best fast food places offering more for your buck in the area.

I have been to a fair number of Popeye locations and this is by far the best one. Service was prompt and good. The restaurant was kept very clean. When I order things that they don’t have at the moment, the server will let me know how long I have to wait rather than keeping silent. This is a very sharp comparison to the Popeye in Journal Square
