We had about 40 people of all ages at our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner on Friday night at isola and I wanted to thank the manager Dylan the entire cooking and service team for the remarkable experience. The planning and accommodations that went into the evening were handled perfectly and our guests are still raving about the gourmet quality and authenticity of this amazing Italian Eatery. I have been coming to LBI with my family for years so we’re always looking for new places to eat. On a most recent trip with just my girlfriend, we decided to try Isola. Absolutely delicious food! We started with the octopus appetizer, the octopus was cooked perfectly tender not chewy with a great char and accompanying sauce that we shamelessly ate even after finishing the octopus. For dinner I got the tile fish and she got the cacio e pepe pasta, both delicious as well! Everything...
