“Courthouse Subs is a MUST if you want a sub for lunch. The owners are great and very attentive - they always remember my order, even if I haven't gone in weeks! Sub won't break the wallet, and even then I'd say it's worth paying extra for the food quality and service provided from this mom and pop shop.“
“Let’s be honest. The store doesn’t look like much. But wow is the food good. I keep trying new things on the menu and everything is so fresh and flavorful. Portions are generous, prices are great. With a lot of competition in the area they still stand out. Definitely try if you’re hungry.“
“So I always come here when I stop in gladstone on the trains. I'm usually pressed for time between shifts (I work on the trains) I usually get the chicken cutlet that's my usual go to. Today I order a salami ham and cheese sub. So I was so disappointed when I got back to the train and than realized there was no salami on it. Usually this place is spot on food is delicious not taking away from that. Really wish she didn't mess up my order today though because I was really craving something different and it just didn't hit the spot without the salami lol.“

“One of the best Italian delis in central NJ! I have tried roast beef, tuna salad and chicken salad sandwiches. They come in big portions and good for more than one meal. The ingredients are very fresh. I customize my subs with balsamic flavor and just taste soooo good!“

“we've lived about a 15 minute walk away for over 27 years. this place has never gone down in quality. my son grew up loving the Reuben's and now lives in CA and still heads there for a Reuben whenever he comes home. It's his first food stop on his eating tour of NJ every trip. Honestly, every sandwich we've had is fantastic and good value in a small, overpriced town. Impressed with the consistency. It isn't fancy but the quality is there.“

“I've only been here twice but each time the gentleman in the front has the biggest smile and hearty welcome. You don't come across many delis that aren't in a rush to get you in and out. He made suggestions and was overly accommodating. The Reuben was DELICIOUS!! I even called him after I ate it to compliment.“
