However, I was able to get on the phone with Mike 2 days before my event, and he ensured me everything will be on time and that the food I ordered was the right amount. Well, he was right! Billy, the delivery person showed up early and helped with the set up, and the food arrived hot. Every person at the event gave several compliments regarding the flavors and the presentation. The planning process was seamless - she was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We had a four-course meal and each one was fantastic. She uses local and organic ingredidents and is very adaptive to your dietary needs. She even created a special menu for the kids. Marie and her assistant were very personable and professional. “I can’t say enough nice things about the service, the staff and the food. I had an event in Water Mill that required a very specific menu and not only did Framboise deliver on the vision….They knocked it out of the park. The entire team was fantastic to work with prior to the event and on site that day and evening. They were professional and courteous and made everyone feel like they were a VIP. I went back for seconds on every single dish! The food was incredible. This is the best caterer I have ever worked with in 25 years of events.“

They did a buffet with carving stations, which lined up along the other wall. Dance floor and sound were great! Of course it was Brian Kirk so you can’t go wrong! Very good service.“

“Sweet family owned deli. So many options. Not fancy but we returned 3 days in a row for the breakfast sandwiches. Bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. So good! Healthy portions of egg and bacon. Much more than we usually get at our regular coffee shop. It wasn’t a long wait, but I did notice a heavy call ahead routine. Lots a regulars. Owners knew them by name and asked about family members by name. Just loved the local community vibe.“

“This deli is one of my favorites. The owners and workers here are super friendly. The food they serve here is delicious. I love getting a roll with cream cheese. The only bad thing is the parking situation. If a spot isn't open, they have metered parking. So make sure you have a couple quarters handy. And there is another deli right next door. This deli is located right after you get off the train station for those who take PT. They sell ice outside too.They sell cigarettes and protein cookies. The coldest soft drinks from orange juice to energy drinks. To simple odds and ends behind the register. This deli has it all.“
