Ahhhh... the joys of trying to drive and park anywhere in the immediate vicinity could make the venerable Mahatma Gandhi look to purchase brass knuckles. (I'm not kidding or exaggerating when I tell you that I witnessed a line of double-parked cars when there were actual/real/empty parking spots 'open' - that's how wild it can be here.)
