He takes the orders and is at the first window. It’s June and in the past 3 times I have used the drive through he is extremely RUDE AND NASTY so much so that my 9 and 11 year old even noticed and made comments about how they were scared to have me ask for sauce. My kids love wendys but I avoid this store now at all costs.

“Huge fan, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Johnny Hot’s, until today 8/30/24. I was supposed to have just pork roll on a steak roll with spicy mustard, no egg and no cheese. The pork roll is usually cut very thin with a nice braise on it. It had egg & cheese on it. The egg & cheese were warm the meat was cool, no grill color to it. By the time I took the egg & cheese off there was hardly any pork roll, very disappointed. It was “no change” Friday, so I gave my apprentice 15 dollars for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.“

What's there to say besides fast, friendly and caring community icons. It's Rocco's steaks delicious fresh high quality and the Italian Hoagie is the absolute best I have ever had.( Well, actually have had repeatedly over and over and delicious every time ) I just cannot bring myself to get one from anywhere else. High quality fresh meats made correctly. They also serve many other foods and breakfast items at good prices. A popular neighborhood staple but if you don't live in the direct area definitely worth a little ride for take out. ♥️ They are take out and delivery but they do have a small counter seating and both that many like to frequent.“

“We were greeted when we came into this location. The employee with long red hair that was working the counter was very friendly and welcoming. They asked about our order as we placed one online and also offered an extra drink. They gave the status of our order without us asking and brought the order to our table individually. Very glad to have them in south philly near us with so many vegan options and gluten free options on top of the regular menu that my husband chose from.“

They have forgotten my biscuits a couple of times, but they did not give me an issue about getting them to me. Always fully staffed. “Five Guys has some of the best fries around. Whenever we’re craving something salty and indulgent, this is our go-to spot. I even stop by sometimes just for fries. That said, we always ask for them well done ... otherwise, they come out a little undercooked. When they’re crisp and golden, though, they’re hard to beat.

I usually skip the burgers. The company gets an F for its antibiotic use in beef, which is disappointing. They taste great, sure, but I’d feel a lot better if they used higher-quality, antibiotic-free meat. It’s 2025, this should be standard by now.

On the bright side, the staff here is consistently friendly, and the manager goes out of their way to be helpful. You can tell they treat their team well. There’s noticeably less turnover compared to other fast-casual places.“
