The ambiance was very relaxing as we sat on the 2nd floor, with beautiful hip, modern decor. I was particularly intrigued by the faucet in the bathroom which was very unique. The overall attention to detail from the concept and design to the food and service is what sets it apart. Just order pick up and don’t go to pricy places if u want to avoid being disappointed. I’ve bought from Madison Wok for 15 years now and never had a late order when ordering pick up here (usually 15 mins). The food tastes exactly as my local restaurant when I was a kid, so I can’t complain. For the price, consider how little you are paying for the amount of work and manpower going into it •• esp since it’s done so fast. Dao nearby has slightly less oil and flavor for a lot more money. I wanted to like it but just poor value since your deliver or pick up order price needs to support the wait staff. No American style Chinese food is healthy for you so stop thinking you’re doing something good by paying someone extra to do less oil, msg, etc. in summary, this is an old school place that gives you the standards for the least amount of money you’ll pay in this zip code. Not something to eat everyday, but when you need your fix for this kind of stuff. The flavor of the food is excellent, the pork fried rice was on point and freshly made, the orange chicken was a bit mushy more on the softer side. “This chinese food is the best ive had in a very long time!!! The boneless spare ribs are meaty!!! Not little tiny slivers of chipped meat. The rice was beautiful done, flavorful and it comes with egg! The general tsao chicken was beautifully crispy, not soggy even after taking it to go!! The wonton soup broth was flavorful unlike most places that taste like chicken water. The wontons themselves were also flavorful. I will be a new regular after avoiding Chinese food for years“

Quality is consistent and we never had diarrhea. We’ve dined in too and it was clean enough. To those who want service, atmosphere and food allergy accommodations, you really need to double your budget and eat somewhere else.
