I was born and raised in central Connecticut and this shop reminds me of the places you can find in New Britain which is basically Connecticut’s “little Poland”.The couple times I’ve gotten food here so far, it reminds me of my grammy’s home cooking. I only wish that she had taught me to speak Polish so I could better understand the types of food they sell here (especially the kielbasa)! “I was traveling in Morristown and was looking for a spot to eat. I settled on this place because it was close to where I was going. Instantly I was greeted by the staff and felt a warm welcome. I asked what they would recommend to eat and I was told everything on the menu was amazing. I felt like every place says that but I brought chicken wrap, butter chicken rice bowl and the paneer because I couldn’t choose what I wanted. I took one bite of that wrap and fell in love. I tasted a bit of everything and it was simply amazing. I even brought the leftovers home and the next day it was still delicious.Im planning to come again. If it wasn’t so far I’d come everyday. “Someone recommended I come here and try some of the pre-made specialties. It is a small place, but there is no lack in options. Everything really just looked so good, I picked out a few things for me and my son. I picked up some Chicken francese and chicken Marsala, some marinated artichokes and some seafood salad. All of it, DELICIOUS! I have been a chef for many years so I can be picky and I can tell when places cheap out on ingredients. I did not get that vibe from here. I'm pretty sure I could taste the love. Highly Highly recommended“

Our favorites are the French toast, omelettes and Taylor ham cheese and egg sandwich. Their French toast is especially yummy. Better than any other breakfast place I’ve tried. I’ve also ordered lunch, and our favorites are the chicken fingers and turkey burger. The chicken fingers are large and juicy. Their wings are also good.“

However, once an appetizer was not to our liking, I called them and provided honest feedback without expecting anything in return, with in 10 mins they delivered the appetizer the way it was supposed to be. “I went to Subworks recently, and it was great! The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. They have a lot of sub options, and the portions are really big.

I tried the Buffalo Chicken sub, and it was so tasty! The bread was fresh and crispy, and the meats and veggies were really good. Everything was balanced perfectly, and they didn’t hold back on the ingredients.

The place was clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. Overall, I think Subworks is a great spot if you want a filling, delicious sub at a good price. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Have been loving this place since they changed owners last year. The new, Peruvian dishes are incredible. The arroz chaufa is sooo tasty. Their daily specials are super quick to grab during my lunch break.
I’ve taken a coworkers on different trips, and they have all loved it. They really like their variety of sandwiches, wraps, specials etc.

This store carries quite a variety of Eastern European food staples: pretty much everything from herring, kefir, deli meats to any sweet treat, jam and tea imaginable. I love their ice cream selection, my reward for driving to Livingston ?. My parents love fresh pirozhki and chebureki.
