“Had the #57 Philly cheesesteak with fries. It was oh so good. The beef was tender. The pepper and onions were cooked right and the cheese was melted. It was not cheese whiz either. It was fresh but American cheese. The ambiance is a cross between a diner and a delicatessen and always clean. I also ordered their homemade cheesecake. It is to die for. It’s so creamy. Definitely this a a stop over when in Millburn or in the area. I’m a regular here. The owners and staff are always so friendly.“

“I'm so grateful that the original owners are back. I take the train to NY weekly, and get my morning breakfast and sometimes my lunch. Coffee is fresh, many choices for bagels and the fillings. The sandwiches are amazing. More so by the newest worker AJ. His sandwiches are the best and almost looks too good to eat. I was not happy with the previous owner, but I'm glad once again. We use the catering for every family party we have, love their sandwiches for on the go, and are huge fans of the family dinners (really big portions and delicious!!!) the staff is always so welcoming and friendly and goes out of their way to make sure each customer is happy and well taken care of.

Now the food… I had the special, “The Gobbler” and it was unbelievably tasty. The crunch from the toasted bread, the flavors all together were a symphony on my taste palette. My gf got the “Toni Ann” and she couldn’t talk while we were eating together because she wouldn’t stop stuffing her face. After she said the chicken cutlet was cooked perfect, mozzarella was fresh, peppers were exquisite. Overall experience was just mind-blowing. “This place is fantastic! I just bought a home in Rahway and Stas is right at the end of my new street. I was born and raised in central Connecticut and this shop reminds me of the places you can find in New Britain which is basically Connecticut’s “little Poland”.The couple times I’ve gotten food here so far, it reminds me of my grammy’s home cooking. I only wish that she had taught me to speak Polish so I could better understand the types of food they sell here (especially the kielbasa)! Either way, I will be visiting frequently and I suggest you do the same!“

“I went to Subworks recently, and it was great! The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. They have a lot of sub options, and the portions are really big.

I tried the Buffalo Chicken sub, and it was so tasty! The bread was fresh and crispy, and the meats and veggies were really good. Everything was balanced perfectly, and they didn’t hold back on the ingredients.

The place was clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. Overall, I think Subworks is a great spot if you want a filling, delicious sub at a good price. I’ll definitely be back!“

They sell teas, marmalade, sausages, bacon, black and white pudding, Irish candies, also Brennan's bread.During the month of March they make and sell homemade Irish Soda Bread.As you make your way to the front counter you will meet owner Eddie, and Avril. They were both very friendly and told me about their business. Posted on the counter is their sandwich and salad menus.The Parsippany deli/Emerald gifts has been in business for 50 years, now I know why. Their prices are reasonable, and everything is homemade. They also do catering.They roast all their own meats like Roast Beef, Turkey Breast, and Baked Virginia Ham. I highly suggest getting a half of a sub. It’s as big as most whole subs.This place doesn’t skimp on their meats, just the opposite.When I got home and opened up my sub I was pleasantly surprised, and couldn’t believe how much meat was on it. It was probably one of the best Italian subs I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over for subs.I ordered their Italian Sub - Ham, Salami, Capocollo they call it Hot Ham, and Cheese. I got mine with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, oil and vinegar. It was really delicious. I wound up eating a half of a half and saved the rest for later.My bf ordered their Roast Beef n American Cheese Sub. The Roast Beef was cooked perfectly rare and piled on the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar. He enjoyed it so much he ate the entire thing.I also ordered 2 of their homemade salads. Macaroni and Potato Salad. The macaroni was my favorite. It was rich and creamy.I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed
