Don’t sleep on the platters. The price is so cheap and the rice to meat ratio is the reverse of what you would expect. You’ll be looking for more rice in your platter, just drowning in meat. You might get sick of how delicious and plentiful the chicken and lamb are, but I don’t!“

I had such a great visit to Chick-fil-A recently, and I just had to share how amazing the experience was—especially thanks to an incredible team member named Spencer Barrett. From the moment I walked in, Spencer was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He made sure my order was perfect and even went out of his way to check if I needed anything else.

It’s not every day you get service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Spencer’s attitude was so positive, and he clearly cares about making people’s day better. The food was delicious as always (shoutout to the waffle fries and chicken sandwich), but the customer service truly made this visit stand out.

“I recently ate at BBQ Chicken in Marlton and would give the restaurant 4 stars. The chicken was generally good and made fresh to order, but there wasn’t enough sauce at first. When I asked about getting more, one of the employees even suggested adding a fee, which was disappointing.

If you’re looking for perfect chicken every time, I’d definitely recommend checking out Ten Asian Food Hall in Cherry Hill; their chicken is consistently spot-on.“

“We were greeted when we came into this location. The employee with long red hair that was working the counter was very friendly and welcoming. They asked about our order as we placed one online and also offered an extra drink. They gave the status of our order without us asking and brought the order to our table individually. Great location, great employee, great service. Nice to see that solid customer service still exists! Kudos to you and your employees.“

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. “Pleasantly surprised as the location is not what one would expect. The young lady who took the order was extremely pleasant and willing to help in any way. Portions were a good size, fresh and good tasting. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries combo. Again, very tasty. Only down side they charge for sauces (my order was over $30.00). Was hoping they had other chicken options (chicken breast, or thighs). Will order again, recommend you give them a try!“

“First time I ever went to a Chick-fil-A and there wasn’t a long line. Strangely though it seemed like it took longer to get our food. The service wasn’t bad, it may be just because I’m used to them being so efficient this was much slower. Everything was good, only feedback would be that even when it’s slow we appreciate a quick experience.“
