“This was our first time at Champs, as we are visiting from out of town. We searched Google to “find cheesesteaks near us” and Champs came up with amazing reviews. Let me just say that all the reviews are correct! John and Nick took great care of us from the time we walked in til the time we left. “I would more accurately rate this spot a 3.5 stars for FOOD. While the food was flavorful and tasty it was lacking in size. It didn't really hit me until I snapped a picture of the chicken finger next to a Louisiana hot sauce packet for reference, and it was barely much bigger. I felt cheated. Since when were chicken fingers so small! Other than that, service was a 5 and atmosphere was a 5 and well deserved. They were extremely friendly and even checked in with me on the floor to ask how everything was, and the staff removed my trash for me and I was impressed by that. Their drive through is set up almost exactly like a Chick-fil-A which seems to work out really well. They don't have much a diverse menu aside from the chicken tenders and fries, they only have a chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce no option for any other toppings such as onions or tomatoes but what they have seems to be decent (Portion size aside) Overall, I would come back but let's just say I had higher expectations and I won't be bragging about Canes anytime soon. That's my take.“

“Stop through to try a new place after leaving Walmart. Ordered online and picked up. The gentleman who grabbed our takeout had good customer service. As far as the food, loved the All American burger and the potato wedges but the wings were nothing to brag about. Will return for the burger in the future.

11/7/24 - Stop through again but this time at Voorhees. Ordered online got the burgers and no wings. Potato wedges and and Burger was great. Maybe better than last time. Customer service was great. The only con was that I have the promotion to get 6 wings for my birthday but I could just click them and add them to the order. It seems that all locations don't participate on the offer and you have to call the location. I am doing an online order and not calling in. Would be nice if it were easier to use the offer. Despite not digging the wings the first time, I would give them another try for free.“

“I picked up the #4 special from Vitos yesterday and it was a really great deal, under $100, for 2 pizzas, 2 hoagies and 50 wings. I ordered it the day prior and it was ready the next day on time without any mistakes. The food was very good.“

“Just tried this place for the first time and the wings are big and juicy, cooked perfectly. I’d absolutely order from here in the future if not for one thing - I really dislike the flavor of the rub. To the point where I could barely eat them because it’s very overpowering. I’m sure this is just a personal preference though, I like my wings without anything but some good buffalo sauce on them, so I would still recommend others try them. If they ever offer a plain version, I’m in.“

“This version of fried chicken is awesome! The crunch is great. The flavours are awesome. The chicken comes out piping hot. This is not fast food. It is good food. It takes them time to cook. For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. They aren't overly nice with "my pleasure" every 5 seconds, but that's okay. They are knowledgeable and got my order correct. I don't need anything else. If you are someone who needs to be waited on hand and foot, go eat fine dining. The poor reviews here are unjustified. I look forward to trying something other than their chicken on my next visit.“

“We chose it because they have regular and gluten-free options. We had a large pepperoni and a large onion pizza as well as a gluten-free pepperoni and a gluten-free white pizza. All were good except the white pizza. It usually has ricotta, but this was literally just mozzarella cheese on the crust.
Everything else was very tasty, though. It’s the best GF pizza I’ve ever had.“
