We have visited so many times this summer and we're never disappointed. They are one of the only places to offer non-dairy options which is perfect for my son who has an allergy. “Overall experience was amazing definitely definitely try Rita's they are famous for a reason. Be careful there are a lot of bugs outside we had plenty of ants on the bench we were sitting on so we had to go back and sit in our cars but overall that is not something that they can control. I would definitely recommend the store to do some insecticide spray outside area so people can sit and enjoy the benches.“

My son enjoyed his ice cream, but I was sadly disappointed with having ordered the hot fudge sunday only to receive vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup and NOT actual HOT FUDGE, which I was expecting on a $6 hot fudge Sunday. 😞. If I wanted chocolate syrup over soft serve, I would have ordered that. I had an infant with me as well and that's WHY I didn't walk all the way back up from my car with two young kids to see if it could be fixed. I'm not sure I will be returning or able to recommend this place to anyone else. I was surprised because I had seen good reviews on this business but for my first time to have this happen, that wasn't impressive or good at all. 👎☹️“

“Wow the kids were so excited seeing the post for Minecraft sundaes, so of course we had to order them. We ordered 1 of each, The Steve, The Orb, The Neither world, The Overworld, & The Chicken jockey. They were all so awesome, & how clever & cute they even had candy chickens, candy villagers, pop rocks, sprinkles, candies, syrups loaded with whipped cream & a cherry top. The woman was so nice talking to the kids & she even had a pup cup for our fur baby. Looking forward to going back to Gracies. Nice family outting.“
