If you’re looking for one of the freshest, juiciest burgers you’ll ever have, this is the place to go. My buddy and I stopped here on our way to a wedding, and let me tell you — the burger had so much flavor it made the wedding food taste bland in comparison. I’m already counting down the days until I can go back

First, if you are vegan, you are pretty much limited to a salad. Vegetarians, you have a few more options, but they are limited. Huge bar area, lots of TVs, and they even have the occasional live music performance. There's even an outside deck. Will definitely be back.

I live in the Blairstown area and have visited all the local diners, pubs, and bars multiple times—including The Inhouse, which I've now been to three times.

To start, the food at The In House is better than most other local spot I've tried. Prices are reasonable—typically around $50–$75 for dinner for two. They serve a full pitcher of water at the table, which you can pour yourself—a small but appreciated touch that I personally enjoy.

In my experience, the food comes out a bit faster than average. I didn’t try any alcoholic beverages, but the non-alcoholic options I had were just okay. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff—mostly young men and women in their early to mid-twenties—were attentive, respectful, and provided excellent service.

When you walk in, there’s a nicely written verse from Matthew on a chalkboard, and you'll spot a few other Bible verses (including some from Psalms) subtly placed around the space. Most patrons probably don’t notice them, but I found it to be a thoughtful detail.

One thing that sets The Inhouse apart is that it’s one of only two local venues I’ve found in Blairstown that features live music. During one of my visits, a decent cover band of young guys (guessing ages 18–25) performed. It was a nice touch to see their parents there too, supporting them and enjoying the evening.

The crowd tends to be a mix—mostly people in their twenties and thirties, along with some older guests in their forties and fifties, plus the occasional family. Despite how full the parking lot may look, it’s never felt too crowded inside.

Friendly staff, the food was ok, felt rushed, waitress wouldn't let us look at the menu without being in a hurry to take our order and once we were eating she was in a hurry to take our plates while we were still eating, didn't bother to order dessert because she wanted us out.

Not a bad experience. Very expensive. My bacon meal was delicious. Hubby said the cheesesteak was very plain. Asparagus needed more seasoning and flavor. Location was beautiful and service was excellent. Overall a good experience.
