Typically good food for this chain , but often very busy and crowded. They don't have a dedicated person handling takeout orders which can be frustrating when waiting to pick up an order. Sometimes you will arrive to pick up your online order to find it already sitting on a shelf, but employees are too busy to assist immediately to hand it to you. It's a good thing that they have opened up another location nearby because this location seems not to be able to handle...
I went at 10pm today and there was no rice, barely any meat, very little side options and I don’t think they were planning on making any more, but the side for online orders were full, what I don’t understand is if you have a customer and you are missing things why can’t you get a little from the online order side while everything else is getting prepared (that is if there planning on preparing more)

Came to pick up an order for my son post 2 ft of snow storm as this was the only chipotle open within 10 miles . Great staff working diligently on online orders . Two ladies packing on line orders completely focused and am thankful to them
