“There’s so many delicious things here. I usually come for the munchkins and donuts, which are always amazing. The blueberry glaze and chocolate glazed are fantastic. The service is usually quick and seamless as well. And the coffee is great too… I will definitely be coming back! I might try one of their breakfasts sandwiches too…“

“The staff are always pleasant and nice. Mist importantly patient. I have visited this Dunkin for decades and there’s definitely a new change in the atmosphere. It can get very crowded very fast - and the staff always seem to remain cool.
Service definitely meets the same standards as the food.“

“The servers do not mix the sugar into the drinks here. The sugar and cream is poured into the bottom, with the coffee poured on top. The result is a cold bottom portion of the drink with a hot top portion. It would be very nice if they mixed in the sugar thoroughly, even 5-10 seconds would make a big difference. Otherwise, great service at this location. I come here often.“

“I stopped in for a small iced coffee and egg bites. The young man at the front mistakenly rang me up for a hot coffee, and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, he quickly resolved the issue and promptly got me an iced coffee. In my exchange with him and watching him dealing with the customers, he was extremely attentive, had a wonderful rapport with each customer, and had an amazing and professional demeanor. I noticed on the wall that this particular location received an honor for being the best Dunkin in Essex County, and I would have to agree, especially with a manager like this. I was also watching him interact with the staff, and he was on the ball getting things done . Even though there were a lot of people there, it was not noisy.“
