“I used to go to this spot on Bloomfield Ave a few years back, but one of the owners (Tommy, i seem to remember) would get a little too animated and become obnoxious towards the customers.

I figured I'd give it another chance and drop by to check it out. It was much more chill. The food was standard bar food, and the beers were relatively inexpensive. The girls behind the bar were cute and attentive. They have a DJ on the weekends, and he plays the classics from back in the day.

“Ate here on the 2nd & 3rd August as my son and I were in NJ for Summerslam. We used the shuttle service also. As far as the shuttle service goes it was excellent from the drivers of the shuttle buses to the car park attendants. It was our first time in NJ and we are from Scotland so unsure of how it all worked but everything was straightforward. Over to the food and service. Food on both nights was fantastic and portion sizes were huge. Both servers we had were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. If I am ever in NJ again at an event at MetLife I 100% would eat and use the shuttle service provided by Redd’s“

“I have been going to Sonoma almost weekly for over a year now. It started off with taco Thursdays and their delicious margarita specials and has now turned into exploring every menu item possible. I am consistently impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Incredibly delicious every single time. I am gluten intolerant which can pose challenges. The kitchen and staff have been amazing In accommodating my food allergy. I highly recommend Sonoma on any day of the week. It very quickly became my favorite go-to restaurants.“

The crowd was good and varied in age but everyone was friendly. The staff was good and attentive. My sister is vegetarian and she was a able to choose from a few options and was very happy with her food.

“This is the second time we’ve had Samar as our server, and he’s just wonderful! He’s so attentive, friendly, and always has a big smile on his face. We came in for the Triple Chocolate Meltdown (which is always a favorite!), but having Samar take care of us made it even better. The service here is always great. Our food comes out quickly, our orders are always right, and even the manager stopped by to check on us. The burgers, meatloaf and pita wraps were excellent. The owner Vinnie greeted us and seated us, then came by to chat with us. The server was attentive and seemed to like her job.
