Manager larry and staff are wonderful with there service, and are very kind to there customers. Larry helps his employees put the food together and serve. I have never seen that in any other fastfood restaurant, this is wonderful!!!! Wendys In bagota will ALWAYS be our spot!
i came here and ordered cheese fries and when i got them it was a long peice of hair in it. i bring it back around and the manager has an attitude and he remakes it so i pull up in the parking lot to make sure its fine before i leave and this time i see there's a dead bug in it.. i go back around to ask for a refund and the manager tells me no because he said he made it twice already and he gave it to me 5 minutes ago and he said if there was a issue i should've brought it right...read full review
