Chimpum Callao

This restaurant location has changed so many owners and name over the course of a few years. Hopefully these owners are here to stay. Ordered the lomo de Pollo which is really good and my hubby and I really love the green aji. The pollo a la brasa is a hit or miss. Can be really good but sometimes haven't had best luck with it. The restaurant is nice and clean. Our server was really nice and attentive.

We came on a quiet Sunday afternoon, and encourage others not to be shy if the place is empty. We arrived around 1230 and the place was pretty bustling by 130. The food portions are generous, hot in temperature and the staff are nice. The menu’s a bit hard to navigate but we ended up getting a few great items.
