“Was there after the lunch crowd today 2/1/22. The place was spotless, the restroom was also. Excellent choice of burgers and sandwiches. My wife and I both had burgers and we both agreed they were the best we have had in at least 20 yrs. Grade A meat and the french fries were freshly cut and fried. Can't wait to get back. If you are a movie buff like me you will love the decor. The service was great also.“

“What the hell was I thinking. Parked my car. To go to the steakhouse. On the way to the parking machine. Waiting on line at the machine. To pay for my parking.I looked back at my car . A meter made issues me a ticket. So I want back to my car and drove out of town . No sandwiches.“
“Went here because it was suggested by my girlfriend who goes there all the time. I have to say this place is a hidden jem...well for me it was being im only out here in nj for 2 years. The service was excellent, the heros reminded me of the old Brooklyn subs which are excellent. Quick and friendly service and even brought home a sandwich for my son which he loved. I definitely will be back!“
“I work on the boardwalk in seaside heights cleaning the boards and the last several weekends I’ve come there to get pretzels and there always fresh, hot and very enjoyable and it’s always the same 2 young lady’s working and they always have a smile on there face and always very polite job well done!“

“I went into the PF about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and asked for 7 pretzel dogs. I was half expecting them to apologize and to tell me they were out for the night, but instead he told me no problem.
What really impressed me was when he checked on the few that were ready, he told me they were rock hard so he’d need to make me fresh ones if I could wait 15 minutes. I had time so I didn’t mind waiting, and honestly really appreciated he was honest that what was already left weren’t any good. I feel like many places would have just gave me the hard pretzels in an effort to get out of there so they could close.
Instead of being turned away or given old pretzels, I walked out with fresh pretzel dogs and was quite happy. I’ll be back again!“

“I have had the most positive experiences with La Madre Maria! When I visit my grandfather on the Jersey Shore, he loves to go out for a hot dog! This summer we stopped at La Madre Maria truck. We had the best experience thanks to the friendly service. We felt like family and enjoyed our hot dogs with great conversation with Joe.
