This last visit a young lady named Ceren was extremely pleasant to order with and when she made my drinks I was beyond impressed. “This is feedback on customer service from cashier Suresh G. The franchise located on Sunset Road in Burlington New Jersey store# PC349198. Please offer a refresher on customer service. If this is what I expect to encounter from future visits to a drive thru for all Dunkin Donuts I will keep going. Her attitude needs fixing, placing my order her tone was hostile like she was having a bad day and when I drove around no cars were waiting she took my card hands it back then began removing a mat on the counter wipes it clean then slowly walks over to pick up a cup to pour the coffee. This is not a good fit for her if she is working with customers. My sister and I watched her - made a mental note and basically said its the mood swings of teenagers as we have them at home but that wasn't good enough attitudes like hers don't belong working with people period. ****Update Review on past visit to DD in May 2015**** Update, Great Job! I posts about my personal experiences bad and now good! I was pleased with the service I received and witness to other guests inside the store. This time I came with my niece and her 2 college roommates. As we entered the front door a young man came out to hold the door open said hello with a smile then walked back around the counter to take our order. There was also a young lady working behind the counter both were very friendly patient and accommodating. I had already placed my order but my niece the undecided kept adding and changing her mind. Not intentionally as she had no knowledge of my experience here in the drive in with her mom but all the while the young lady smiled made small chat and even explained how to register online for a DD rewards card! I don't have the receipt so I can't recall her name but she was so patient and understanding and genuine to all the customers she helped inside. The young man made his rounds cleaning tables emptying trash all with a smile. I am very happy I went back, this was a different experience and these young adults really went out of their way to engage with people not something I see everywhere most just do their assigned task and back to taking orders but their actions made me take notice - yes I was surprised and pleased to see this! They made it more inviting and said Hi! Hello with a smile! That goes a long way!!! Great Job!!! Next time I'll get their names I'll be back“

“Want to share little inspiration hope that can instill spirit in your employees I was at the location today drive through made the order was a little busy and little wait time understood that’s no issue but what was really interesting the lady at the window handed me the food no smile , no thank you no words came out of her mouth at all it seems she hates her work just want to share my struggle story hope that helps to bring some smile on your employees face . I went to college lived in a small shabby apartment pumped gas to make ends meet but did not give up I always had a smile on my face and thanked God for giving me an opportunity to do something in life making that difference for my self and others I even worked two jobs I also worked in fast food stayed up late night to study , do my assignments and still keep good grades I had a 3.8 GPA. I completed my college successfully hard work paid off I was always happy to be at work for my dedication and sincerity all the hard work paid off . I don’t have to live in a shabby apartment I own my own home I am a successful banker and all those years of struggle was really with it . Hope this can provide some sort of inspiration to your staff so they can serve people better with a smile .“
