Showed up at 6:50am and the sign said open, but the doors were locked. An employee came and unlocked the doors, so I went back and entered. Unfortunately, this is a pickup/drive thru only location. No tables, chairs or restrooms. Not what I needed this morning, so I chose to look for a real Dunkin that believes in customer service.

You guys think maybe more than 1 person should be running the Dunkin maybe? The wait times are far too long & a gamble every visit.
