“I want to know about 7:30 nice and clean there was two people in the restaurant eating I realized that a couple of were employees on their breaks which is fine but I was the only one there at the counter for order and it took about 1 minute 30 seconds I would say for someone to notice me but it could have been busy I'm trying to be as unbiased as I can once I got service though very polite I also have to account for drive-thru online orders which most people probably don't notice at the end of the day the fries were excellent the Sprite was good the mcchicken sandwich was okay overall from the time I walked in and walked out it was pleasant and quaint that is my own personal experience

Kid-friendliness: Having four kids of my own and at the time i went there was plenty of space it was clean no smells i enjoyed my meal the mc chicken was a little overcooked towards the end is all“

“I was a very late traveler. A friend is in the hospital . I was happy to see the familiar Golden Archs!
The service was ok. They were very busy with drive thru.
I stopped to charge my phone but that was not possible but I can understand.

“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger.
