This Dunkin has an outstanding crew. They always get my order right and greet me with a smile. No matter how busy they are, they keep the line moving. The best is that they treat everyone kindly, while maintaining a safe, clean, orderly operation. Shout out to Shakeel for going the extra mile to make sure my coffee is ready when I walk in.
The coffee is very hit or miss. When it misses it misses hard. The coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee when it misses. That being said, there are more times that they make their coffee right.
At this point, I think everything they sell is from the previous day. The donuts and bread is always stale. Hashbrowns seem to taste like yesterday’s hashbrowns. This needs to change.
