Took three friends to The Lobster House and we had a really lovely time. Our server Jack was the highlight — knowledgeable, patient with four indecisive women, and steered me toward the chilled stuffed lobster, which was exactly the right move. He explained the menu genuinely, not like a rehearsed script. Food was great, vibe was easy. Highly recommend.
We were visiting Cape May and decided to have our farewell lunch at The Lobster House, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision.

The crab cakes are good, but the butterfly shrip with Crab gives you the most bang for your buck IMO. You get 3 large shrimp and each shrimp seems to have 1/2 of a crab cake on it.
The snapper turtle soup was good but very salty.
