“What I recommend about said establishment is just about everything for a long time. One new & special edition is a self portrait of one of the owners Zach Mack. Though the man’s name would imply neon electricity it’s much more tame than that. Food for thought it said artist decides to do another.“

“The atmosphere and service were outstanding. We only went for desert and coffee. The chocolate cake was amazing. A couple we vacationed with has eaten dinner there 2 nights before and said how amazing the food was. One of the staff members even gave us a personal tour and history of the building. Will be back to Brooklyn and will definitely come back.“

“hosted a private party here on a friday evening. could not have been better. venue is beautiful, unique, spacious and charming and needs very little decor additions. carlita is a joy to work with -- professional, responsive, and committed to making your event vision come to life. the staff (from front of house to back of house) are kind and accommodating, and the food was delicious. can't go wrong here. thank you houston hall!!“

“I recently watched the US Open final at the Biergarten, and the atmosphere was absolutely electric. The energy of the crowd, combined with the classic Biergarten setting, made for an unforgettable viewing experience. The venue was well-equipped to handle the large crowd, and the service was surprisingly efficient considering how busy it was. While the beer selection is the main draw, they also offer a decent range of food options to keep you fueled throughout the match. If you're looking for a lively spot to catch a game with friends, the Biergarten is definitely worth checking out. Be prepared for a potentially crowded and loud environment, but that's part of what makes it so much fun.“

“Absolutely one of my favorite places to grab a drink in NYC! The location has the best view of Oculus, has a big outdoor patio and they have live music all of the time. A walk-up bar and a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Such a chill, relaxed vibe and the best place to just absorb the city. I love coming here on my arrival day! =)“

“Great neighborhood bar. I was in town for a few days and ducked in for a quick drink. I met some awesome local folks - Ona, Jason, and Adam were so much fun! The food was good for a bar, the bourbon was reasonably priced, the service from the bartender was just right and the atmosphere was more than I was expecting - a fun, chill, no frills bar was just what I was looking for. I left feeling that I truly do have A Wonderful Life. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in NYC!“

“I have hosted two work parties at Plank, as well have visited on my own multiple times. The staff is always top notch and super friendly. I host many parties for my job and Plank is by far the easiest to work with from beginning to end. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Food is amazing!“

“Great place to hang out, they have a nice place ground floor but it’s better to hang out at the rooftop.
Staff were great although they don’t do table service, have to order and get everything at the bar.
And the food menu options are very low,
It would be nice if they had more options to pick from. And prices are pretty low for a nice rooftop bar and restaurant“
