“The atmosphere and service were outstanding. We only went for desert and coffee. The chocolate cake was amazing. A couple we vacationed with has eaten dinner there 2 nights before and said how amazing the food was. One of the staff members even gave us a personal tour and history of the building. Will be back to Brooklyn and will definitely come back.“

“The best pizza in Brooklyn. Hands down. It’s literally the perfect NY slice. I grew up in Brooklyn but living in the park slope area for four years. Tried it all. Even the meatballs are delicious. Also the large plain pie is reasonably priced for the area. Great attitude in the restaurant too. Really nice people work there. Super family friendly. Definitely call for reservation tho. Place gets packed quick and it’s not a super big spot. But there is outdoor seating. The delivery is always consistent. I’m telling you, no one else is like that. Every time I order delivery, the pie arrives perfect. Im not exaggerating, to me, it’s the best pizza in Brooklyn. Probably the country.“

“ordered the sandwich and it was so delicious. It was a bit too crispy for me but such a filling meal, so I didn’t mind the price as much since I really liked it and the meat was seasoned well. I would definitely get it again once my teeth gets better so I can fully enjoy that sandwich.“
“A nice neighborhood bar with a huge courtyard, the restrooms were clean, the alcohol selection isn't particularly wide, but if you're looking to drink a beer close to home, this is a great place, the staff are nice people at not expensive prices at all.“

“We went because we were close and we just wanted to watch the Germany soccer game, the bar is small but the experience is very quiet and makes you feel a bohemian and alternative energy. The beers were very good, especially the one that Cameron recommended to me as a fan of Guinness beer.
The cidra has been one of the best we have ever tried, the pretzel was giant, but the best was the accompanying dip.
Thank you Cameron for the service and his willingness, as well as the pleasant recommendations on what they sell on site.“

“Came for the Mexico 🇲🇽 vs Ecuador 🇪🇨 game and had a good time with friends. FYI - it's definitely 🇲🇽 leaning ... the fans were outnumbered like 50 to 1 😂 the food was ok, nothing amazing. Everyone was passionate and respectful. Had a good time and definitely if coming for a watch party, Come ahead of time as space fills up fast.“

“This beer house absolutely nails the experience from top to bottom. The selection is incredible—whether you’re into classic brews, hard-to-find craft beers, or expertly mixed drinks, there’s something here that’ll hit the mark. Everything feels thoughtfully curated, and you can tell they really care about what they’re serving.
The food menu keeps things simple, but that’s part of the charm. Every option pairs perfectly with the drinks, and somehow each dish manages to stand out on its own. Nothing overcomplicated—just really well-executed, flavorful food that complements the overall vibe.
Speaking of the vibe, that’s what really sets this place apart. The industrial aesthetic is done right, with a raw, mechanical edge that gives the whole space character. From the exposed elements to the way everything is designed and flows, it feels intentional and immersive without trying too hard.
This is the kind of spot you go to once and immediately start planning your next visit. Whether you're there to explore new beers, enjoy great food, or just soak in the atmosphere, it delivers on every level.“

“Boardwalk Beer Garden turned out to be exactly the kind of place I did not know I needed tonight.
It’s right on the Brighton Beach Boardwalk, which already gives it a strong advantage: beach air, ocean nearby, and a calmer feel than the heavier Coney Island energy down the way. I had spent some time outside by the beach first, just taking in the water and the boardwalk, and then decided to step inside for a drink and something to eat.
Inside, the place had the feel of a real neighborhood bar: comfortable, lively, and unpretentious. Sports were playing across the TV screens, so it had that good sports-bar energy without feeling overwhelming. I was there by myself, but I never felt out of place. That matters. Some places have a way of making a solo customer feel invisible; this place did the opposite.
The margarita was excellent — honestly, one of the best I’ve had. Big credit to Phillip, who was an incredible bartender and made the whole experience feel easy, friendly, and welcoming. Good service is not just about taking an order. It is about reading the room, making people feel comfortable, and adding something human to the night. Phillip did that.
I also had the Jumbo Mozzarella Sticks with the margarita, and they absolutely hit the spot. Simple, satisfying, and exactly the kind of bar food you want when you’re sitting inside after time on the boardwalk.
Overall, Boardwalk Beer Garden was a very pleasant surprise: a relaxed Brighton Beach spot with a homey feel, good drinks, satisfying food, sports on the screens, and genuinely friendly service. I’m glad I gave it a chance, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back place near the beach.“
