Talk of the Towne is a great little diner and easily one of the best places to eat in Carneys Point. As someone just passing through, I was pleasantly surprised by how much this place stood out. I travel quite a bit and have eaten at many diners over the years, but this is the kind of place that makes you want to come back. While Carneys Point may not have a huge number of food options, even if there were many more choices, I would still return to Talk of the Towne. It isn't...

I ordered online and although I was only 5 mins away, I headed there anyway. The hostess asked if she could help me and I told her I ordered online. She walked in the back, and I sat down in a counter seat and watched TV. She came out with my order 5 mins later. Left the diner and got back to where I was, opened my container and the food was delicious. Very good service if you ask me.

Love this diner! The staff are always so accommodating and courteous! And food is exactly what I expect every time I've gone. It's my Go-To for businesses lunches in Penns Grove.
