Talk of the Towne restaurant is a hidden gem in Carneys Point with great food and amazing staff. The food is delicious, well cooked, and flavorful. It is a go-to for business lunches in Penns Grove. The staff are always accommodating and courteous, working tirelessly to make everyone feel welcome, treating everyone like it is their home. They are friendly and attentive, and truly go above and beyond. Sometimes they even do a custom dish as long as not going overboard on what is requested. Thursdays have a 25 dollar prime rib with soup or salad and two sides and dessert. Diner fare includes steak night with the salad bar, and spaghetti for kids. The staff doted over a granddaughter and went over and above for her. A back room can be reserved for special events like a memorial luncheon, with excellent food and service. Very good service.
