“I came across this place and I took a friend over to try tacos on May 5th
I was not too crazy about the food because based on my opinion it was missing flavor and presentation. The service was pretty good. Can be improved. The atmosphere of the place is really nice. Parking is on the street and they have a small parking lot. They don't provide alcohol but there is a liquor store across the street

“Genesis recommended the ‘tacos placeros’ to me, and they did not disappoint! The flavors were incredible, and the place itself is beautiful. We’re on vacation and stumbled upon Tortas Lokas Elizabeth¡what a gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and Karen went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Great food, amazing service, and a cozy vibe.

“It’s funny that some of the reviews here complain about servers not speaking English...it’s an actual authentic Mexican restaurant what do you expect? The menus are in both English and Spanish and have descriptions if you are not familiar with Mexican food. I love this place and you really can’t beat the prices. The food is great and I always wind up taking some home (maybe because I fill up on all the chips and salsa they give before the meal).“

“Everything here is SO FRESH. I came here with my family of 5 and all of our dishes were extraordinary. Everything came out piping hot and very delicious. We ordered the guacamole, shrimp with garlic sauce, mixed fajitas, chicken burritos and breaded chicken and breaded fish filet. “This place is a slightly hidden gem, and the past 5 times I’ve gone, has never failed. The staff is all family and treat you equally the same. My lady and I got: chicken tacos(first photo) guacamole, hibiscus drinks(jamaica for mi gente) rib tacos with cheese( the ones with the phone shaped beef rib) hunger was calling and I had to pick up. Highly recommend this place, they even have a bidet for you stinkies!

“My sister told me about her local go-to for tacos. I tried the 3 tacos de birria. It was absolutely delicious. Sizeable portion (I was full with 2) and it came with a consome that you could dip the tacos.

Also, the owner is so kind. She wrote a get well note for my mom on her order. I had mentioned that had been sick.

Before leaving the area, I am heading back for another order. Definitely recommend.“

The service was Superb, we didn’t have to ask our waiter or waitress for anything we were constantly attended to . The food was great and the portions are are great. I went with my fiancé and daughter so I always order family style , so we had a little of everything . I know it’s cold out but I love a good frozen margarita and it was perfect . Also at the end Jolie , the owner/daughter of the owner also , offered us some free shots of RED CADILLAC TEQUILA , that’s made from them by them . It was very soothing .
