They get you in and out , I mean they get you your order and you be on your way , I can not say the same for the other Dunkin’s that I have experienced, the Dunkin’s I’ve visited are very slow UNLIKE THIS ONE AND THIS IS THE REASON I LIKE COMING HERE EVERY DAY BEFORE I GO TO WORK ! “I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service we received at Dunkin’. My great-aunt, great-uncle, and I stopped by the drive-thru shortly before closing, not realizing the store was about to close. My relatives were hoping for fresh decaf coffee, and when we asked, the gentleman working simply replied, “No problem—we’ll brew you a fresh pot.”

Despite being at the end of a long day and close to closing time, the staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating. They never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.
