“Great customer service from Nyelle W., Aaron M., and Jonia W.! This was only my second time visiting this location, and the experience was amazing from start to finish.
It all began at the ordering speaker with Nyelle. Her energy and customer service were so good, she made me want to order everything on the menu! She greeted me warmly and made sure my entire order was correct before I pulled forward.
At the payment window, I met Aaron, who was just as friendly and professional. When I complimented Nyelle’s service, he happily told me I would see her at the next window. He was genuinely excited to hear the positive feedback, not just about her, but about himself too, which shows they truly care about their work.
When I got to the pickup window, I saw Nyelle again along with Jonia. Both of them were extremely kind and welcoming. I made sure to let them know they’ve gained a returning customer because of their excellent service.
Keep up the great work, this kind of customer service makes all the difference!“

“Big shoutout to CJ and Anthony! While they both were in the middle of completing their other tasks, they still took the time to ask if I needed my trash thrown away and if I wanted a drink refill. I know this may be part of their job, but the fact that they went out of their way to check in while staying focused on their work really shows their attentiveness and great customer service. Keep up the great work !!“

“Till date, my wife and I have to say - last nights drive-thru attendee (Jaquanda - high possibility, I butchered her name, so apologies) has been by far the best ever. From her calm composure voice, her attitude towards helping us order since the app wasn’t working, and just overall customer service deserves salutation and she should provide customer service training for all fast food restaurants. Hats off to you and thank you! If we are returning customers to only this Taco Bell locations, it’s solely because of her!!“

“The staff here is incredible! The ladies running the dining area were soo kind! It was my bday and she spoiled me! So sweet.
Our order came out as requested. It is tight quarters and the parking lot feels a bit busy. Kids enjoyed the play space“

“First time at Rainsing Canes, it was DELICIOUS!!! Mom and I each got the 3 piece chicken fingers with fries, Texas toast and a coke(about $22 for both of us). Crispy, hot(not spicy hot!)and their sauce is so good!! Will definitely be back! The girl at the register was really, really nice as well! Wish I got her name... Will definitely be returning!“

“Our family enjoys Chick Fil A, especially when traveling. We were in the Cherry Hill area for some shopping and chose to stop here for lunch and it did not disappoint. We want to especially compliment Joshua, who went far above and beyond to ensure the peppermint shake was safe for our teenager who has Celiac. He went to a separate machine to check the nutrition label and even printed out a list of ingredients for review. He was the traditional kind of person we expect at Chick Fil A, but then truly went above making his service exceptional. We'll done!“

“Every time I go through the drive through I get greeted by Victoria. She is friendly has great customer service. She greets and ask is that all with out rushing me through my order. She's always kind and very professional. That brings me back every time. Thank you Victoria and Team!!!“

“I think I don't no longer like McDonald's food but their service there was great. Ordered at the kiosk,paid,took a numbered cone and waited for my food to be brought to the table. Order a crispy chicken meal and lemonade. Lemonade was good, sandwich didn't have taste and the fries were too salty.“

“Figured I’d post here after seeing so many negatives.
To caveat, I did stop by on a Monday at 11am during a rainstorm for lunch. So maybe I missed all the chaos that others have suggested. But my experience was awesome.
In and out of drive thru within 5 mins. I got a cheeseburger meal and the burger tasted great. Hot and fresh. As I remembered. The fries were also hot and fresh and well salted. They might be using slightly different fries than decades ago, the batter appears slightly different but I liked it.
Overall, will come back. It exceeded my expectations already.“

“I was prepared for the worst based on the rating, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Not only did they have the veggie patties (some places have discontinued them where I'm from) but the staff also was so quick, friendly, and efficient. We even noticed one spoke multiple languages! Thank you for the quick & easy meal “

“Got here on a slow evening. Not the fastest service and ice cream machine was out when we came in, but they had some damn good chicken and sides. Sauce was good as well. Again really solid chicken and sides. Other stuff on the menu was fine, but this is one of my favorite chicken sandwiches and fries I have had“
