“Last evening, my family and I had the pleasure of dining at the Chick-fil-A located near Cherry Hill Mall. As always, the food was delightful, maintaining the consistent quality that Chick-fil-A is known for. The service was commendable, with staff members showcasing their usual efficiency and courtesy.
However, while the cleanliness and organization of the space were up to standard, the ambiance lacked a certain je ne sais quoi that usually characterizes Chick-fil-A’s dining experience. It wasn’t as vibrant or engaging as one might expect, which, while not detracting from the quality of the meal, did leave something to be desired in terms of a complete dining experience.

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. That truly was a bright part of our day. We will remember that each and every time we go to the Penn building.

“I think the hype inflated my expectations because I thought Raising Cane's was good, but not the life changing experience people talk about. The chicken fingers were spectacular, but I was underwhelmed by the sauce and fries. Great sweet tea as well. I'll come back to try the fingers with BBQ sauce.“

“A few weeks ago my family came to this McDonald’s to get lunch to go. My brother and I have celiac so we needed burgers made and served without a bun. The employees were very understanding and very helpful.

“I don’t know what Burger King these other reviewers are going to or maybe I’m just lucky. I drive 25 minutes pass 3/4 other burger kings just to come to this location. When I ask for food to be made fresh always comes out hot and scorching. Customer service always nice professional and quick. This Burger King needs change the slogan “have it your way” to “ask and you shall receive” lol“

“Some of these people really need to give their staff a break. It’s clear to see they are overwhelmed. Still everything I got was delicious and I’ve been to Roy‘s back in the day when I was a kid. We used to have one in the town I grew up in. Chicken, biscuits, roast beef sandwich, and coleslaw. All was very good. Took 30 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left, but again consider that this place is still new and being bombarded with customers. Service was good and so was the food.“
