“We were greeted when we came into this location. The employee with long red hair that was working the counter was very friendly and welcoming. They asked about our order as we placed one online and also offered an extra drink. They gave the status of our order without us asking and brought the order to our table individually. Great location, great employee, great service. Nice to see that solid customer service still exists! Kudos to you and your employees.“

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. “Last evening, my family and I had the pleasure of dining at the Chick-fil-A located near Cherry Hill Mall. As always, the food was delightful, maintaining the consistent quality that Chick-fil-A is known for. The service was commendable, with staff members showcasing their usual efficiency and courtesy.
However, while the cleanliness and organization of the space were up to standard, the ambiance lacked a certain je ne sais quoi that usually characterizes Chick-fil-A’s dining experience. It wasn’t as vibrant or engaging as one might expect, which, while not detracting from the quality of the meal, did leave something to be desired in terms of a complete dining experience.
In summary, for those seeking the reliable taste of Chick-fil-A’s offerings served with professionalism, this location certainly delivers. Yet, for the ambiance seekers, it may fall just shy of expectation.“

“I love all Cane's. I love their sauce, their bread, their tea, and their fries. They are all new so they're clean. Food is always hot. There are those that say it's flavorless; however, I think they just don't know what flavor is without all that used for everything grease. Highly recommend“

“First time I ever went to a Chick-fil-A and there wasn’t a long line. Strangely though it seemed like it took longer to get our food. The service wasn’t bad, it may be just because I’m used to them being so efficient this was much slower. Everything was good, only feedback would be that even when it’s slow we appreciate a quick experience.“

To caveat, I did stop by on a Monday at 11am during a rainstorm for lunch. So maybe I missed all the chaos that others have suggested. But my experience was awesome.

In and out of drive thru within 5 mins. I got a cheeseburger meal and the burger tasted great. Hot and fresh. As I remembered. The fries were also hot and fresh and well salted. They might be using slightly different fries than decades ago, the batter appears slightly different but I liked it.

Overall, will come back. It exceeded my expectations already.“
