“My first time here at Eddie V’s, I went to celebrate my Birthday and they really rolled out the red carpet! Everyone made my birthday so special starting with the bartender Hannah who is so sweet and made the best strawberry mango martini. Our waiter Michael was the absolute best! I was greeted at the table with a handmade birthday card done by the Hostess! The food was fantastic, even the managers came over to wish me a happy birthday! It was truly the best dinner experience I ever had! Kudos to everyone at Eddie V’s in Cherry Hill“

“My husband took me out to Philly for an early Mother’s Day gift. He said we were going to a “speakeasy” type bar in Chinatown but I didn’t believe him. When we got to an iron screen door, he was like this is it and I was like you got to be kidding me. The owner came out, asked my husband if he knew it was a cash bar took our ids then went inside. The owner brought back our ids then took us inside to a foyer where he told us the rules of the bar. Cash only, absolutely, no photography and no phones. If you need to take a phone call, you go back to foyer area or outside to not disturb people. We agreed to rules and went inside. The bar was dimly lit with candles on each table. The decor was amazing with pictures and antiques on the wall. We were sat at a table and given a cocktail menu. The cocktails were unique and separated by whiskey, gin, vodka and rum. If you need a light since it is so dim in the bar, they will bring you a light because they brought one to my husband. There were no beers on the menu so if that is what you’re looking for then this isn’t the place for you. We ordered our cocktails and they were amazing. Since there is no phone usage, you have more of an intimate experience with the person you are with because you aren’t distracted by your phone. We sat and talked while drinking our drinks. The owner came over and asked us about our drinks and how we were doing. We then ordered another round of drinks and continued talking. We enjoyed our time at Hop Sing Laundromat. Service was great, bartenders were great, owner was great, and the ambiance was amazing. This is a great date night spot for anyone who wants to enjoy a intimate setting with a cocktail or two. I would post pictures but again, No Photography so you would have to go in order to see it to believe it. You will enjoy this experience and not be disappointed.“

“We went here for lunch. I ordered the lunch special which comes with two small banh mi, pho, and a drink. My husband the bun thit nuong dish. I had beef pho and ginger beer. The flavors were very good and authentic. The banh mi bread itself was crunchy and airy, very reminiscentnt of breads found in Vietnam. The banh mi spread was a bit spicy (surprisingly) when I shared it with my toddler. Overall, good Vietnamese food for a bar lounge.“

“I visited El Patio Cafe Restaurant for the first time. I ordered the chocolate milkshakes with whipped cream and cherries for me and my daughter. It was so light and airy, affordably priced for the container size. The environment is warm and inviting with a small seating area to accommodate ten people, in case you are waiting on your order to be completed. Speaking of orders, the menu displays a variety of multicultural foods and they are affordable for the budget-conscious eater. Overall, I highly recommend El Patio Cafe Restaurant as my go-to neighborhood eatery for good eats and sweet treats. If you are reading this review and you are not local to the South Philadelphia area, I suggest you check them out with a friend.“

“Me & my girlfriends came here 4 a few drinks, We did order some food, All there food R very good, I had a Fish Whitting Platter wth String Beans, & Mac & Cheese, it was so delicious. “I visited Riviera Lounge & Restaurant in Philadelphia and had a really enjoyable time! It’s a stylish yet relaxed spot with a warm atmosphere — perfect for a date night, dinner with friends, or drinks before or after a show.

“I didn’t even know it was open as I walked but until a patron said you should go in for a drink. I was very glad I did. If you are not put off by the fact this is primarily a local spot for folks from the neighbourhood then the other patrons and staff was friendly. Beer was $2.50 a bottle and a shot of Hennessy was $5. The shots look small to the eye but are measured with their auto dosing system. A great value night cap on the way back to my hotel.“

“They wings are good my only problem I have with them is they never open when they suppose to be open it says 12 and they literally don’t open til 12:30 almost 1 my break at 12 so I be wanting to order at 12 they need to do better with the time they open“

“Really cute place to meet up with friends. Plenty of bar and outdoor seating available. You can’t see much from the rooftop but we enjoyed the terrace and music. Cocktail menu is interesting, and although drinks are on the pricier side, they were well made and tasted great. Anna was our bartender and she was amazing! “Always fun just pay attention to your surroundings and make sure you pay attention to your drink prices as well! They seem to randomly "fluctuate" at the downstairs bar. I found to go upstairs bar instead. During the day is slow lots of fun on the weekends open pretty late. They've got some GREAT people working security but still be aware and listen to security They've got a good eye on things. Just know you're going to be patdown and carded EVERY TIME before entering. Also have good food as and really nice the kitchen open until closing!“
