Pho Eden Reviews
Got the 116, 311, H1 and 206 beef.Spring rolls were good, came with fish sauce and peanut sauce.311 Pho was okay. Not much tripe or beef balls, mostly flank. Thought the broth was pretty bland compared to other pho places. Came with the typical basil leaves and bean sprouts and lime.206 beef, the beef was good, but my friend said it was missing some spices. Mint or something.Banh mi felt like it was missing something. A little zing or something.
We attended a fundraising event. Facility is first rate, clean, with lots of free parking.
Favorite local viet restaurant, and I've tried them
Pho Eden is a Vietnamese restaurant that offers a variety of authentic pho dishes. The spring rolls are praised for their crispiness and the accompanying sauces. The pho broth is described as delectable, with the 116, 311, and 206 beef options being well-received. However, the 311 pho is noted to have less tripe and beef balls, and the broth was considered a bit bland compared to other pho places. The banh mi is mentioned as potentially needing a bit more flavor. Overall, Pho Eden is considered a solid and authentic pho establishment, with great service in a cozy setting.
