Starbucks in Cherry Hill

“My dad and I came in here tonight and we had the barista with blonde hair and a low ponytail, she may have had some pink in her hair as well. I am sad I didn't catch her name but our refreshers were so good! My dad said it's the best one he's had in a long time. But the best part was she drew a cute gingerbread man and snowman on our cups! It totally made our whole day. My dad unfortunately has pancreatic cancer and this little act of kindness brought him so much joy in a time where it was really needed. Thank you so much!“

“I was expecting a nicer Cherry Hill location, Starbucks, it’s not a bad location, but my expectations are definitely higher. Most locations in this area greet you and they say hi hello. This location is very impersonal, they’re not really that friendly, they’re not mean either. The other biggest concern with this location is half the time they don’t have any of the basic items.

For example, that HADDONFIELD Road location is much much better, folks are nice, the food comes on time, and they have everything in stock all the time

I try not to go to this location because it does not meet a typical suburban Starbucks, expectation and experience“

“This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The guy that helped me this morning was an absolute gem! I think he’s a manager. Has arm tattoos, really really nice dude. He complimented my hoodie and just brightened my day. The people here were just super friendly and the whole atmosphere inside was positive and welcoming. I’d rather drive farther from my house to come here rather than the two that are closer. I know it was just a quick simple interaction but it definitely made my day better, and it’s the little things that matter the most. Thank you!“

“So I can honestly say, I’ve been going to this Starbucks for I don’t know maybe close to a decade now. They’re honestly so polite, they’re such a lively atmosphere and truthfully such a good Starbucks. I have been to my fair share of Starbucks (I’m a student who’s now in graduate school) and they seriously always so kind and they even remember you if you go often.

I have NEVER had a poor experience here. I’ve had my drink maybe redone only like twice out of a whole decade and not once has anyone been rude but rather they were more than happy to fix my drink.

I don’t know what is up with the influx of negative comments. I drive 10 minutes out my way before going to school to get this Starbucks over one that’s along the way.

The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 is because honestly it’s a little chilly in there. I’m sure they’re hot back there the way they are hustling and working hard to finish everyone’s orders and the mobile order, so I would rather be cold any day.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks in Jersey! I’ve been to many Starbucks in north Jersey, central Jersey, and south Jersey, they’re a well oiled, collaborative, and hardworking store.“

“I usually go there during the winter and summer. I understand that the staff are busy and there are a lot of customers but I still hope they can give me my order faster next time. Overall it is a nice place to enjoy a drink distigardless of the weather. I do not recommend going there when it's too busy I honestly like it.“

“baristas are the friendliest i’ve seen at a Starbucks! some customers are incredibly rude to them when it comes to things that are out of their control. they do not set the prices (it’s a Starbucks in a travel plaza…clearly it’s going to be more expensive then most?). if there’s a long line to order, you can use your logic to assume there’s going to be a long line waiting for their drinks. duh. if you choose to wait, wait patiently instead of throwing hissy fits, saying “eff you,” and flipping them off. be adults and be kind.“
