Subway offers a pleasant dining experience with friendly and efficient staff, including a multilingual employee. However, one customer had an unsatisfactory encounter where the sandwich was assembled in an unconventional order, leaving them dissatisfied. Despite this, the restaurant is praised for its exceptional customer service, with the manager and a server named Ariel providing excellent assistance.
