We ordered food online at work and I specifically asked for no cilantro. I was told to put that comment in the name slot. The food shows up… loaded with cilantro. I called the store three times and it goes to some sort of voicemail retrieval system. I can’t get through to an actual person. I leave them a horrible review, which they deserve, moreso for the terrible customer service than the actual mistake.
