I don’t live in Chester, but my son attended a summer camp at Schiff Nature Preserve in July, so I spent several mornings at this Panera while waiting to pick him up around 2 p.m.
Two things especially impressed me. First, there was a young lady who seemed to be working almost every minute. She was constantly cleaning tables, checking whether customers needed anything, and recommending food items. I really appreciated how attentive and hardworking she was.

After experiencing the disappointment Ing Chile at Wendy's, I went to Panera.
Sadly, it was worse. Really nothing more than a tomato / flour emulsion with a few means suspended in the gelatinous muck.
I have not had indigestion in 5 years. Today was the exception.
The staff were nice and the place was clean.
