I didn't stay at the hotel. I came in to eat. I will say before I write a review I think the prices are fair for what I ordered. French onion soup should have been served piping hot cheese bubbling. Spinach and Artichoke dip served with crustuni and pita bread not pita chips pita bread too soft to be served with a dip. Dip should have been steaming hot. The skillet covers need to be washed.i observed servers running drinks from the bar with no drink tray the ones that did...
Just last Easter. We had reservations for the buffet Which was delicious. I noticed the staging of the shaffers and the presentation of the food that lies in them. And as far as the service goes they did there best. So What I did Is that I went in and spoke with management and had a professional conversation about my concerns. I didn't want anything other than a professional conversation witch I have gotten. Bad reviews can break a business. And lose employment for those...
A good place for a night out with friends, bar ambience is pretty good, food also. We sat at a table next to a guy playing guitar and singing, it was a Friday night, it got a bit loud to have a good conversation. Next time I would chose a table at the back, close to the bar. Plenty of parking space.
