“This was my very first visit to any Tim Hortons and, I was SUPER IMPRESSED!!! The staff were great, friendly, extremely helpful!!!

It was late night and I wanted to know about a large cookie catering that I need, the staff helped as much as they could, took my information and had the Manager, Giovanni call me the next morning to see how and what they could do to help with my request.🤗🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

“Super fast, clean eating area and friendly service. I ordered through the app when I pulled up. By the time I walked in, my order was being put together. Sue ate her breakfast and we were back on the road lickety split!

“The lady is so kind! She allows you to pay with change and not just quarters. She takes all change, which 99% of stores around here don't. She also allows shorts if it's reasonable. The doughnuts are amazing, especially the Powder Cream.. The only thing I wish they had more filling and they would be perfect. I haven't tried any of the platters, but they look good.“

“I was looking for a different donut shop close to my office and tried this out. The donuts are very good and fresh. They are a nice size but not heavy cake like donuts. Very light and airy on the inside. The variety could've been better but it was my first visit so maybe they change it up. It's like a corner store/bodega so don't go looking for atmosphere or anything fancy. The service is friendly, the price is more than fair, and the donuts are great.“

“The employees are so kind and helpful. When I came in with my stockpile of coupons, they took their time to make sure my order got credited for every promotion. As we were about to leave, one of the employees gave us two Munchkins for my restless toddler.The owner was their that day. I used to drink very sugary coffee, 30-48 grams of sugar in 1 coffee! I have found a delicious, lower sugar coffee that I really enjoy here. There is no weird aftertaste with their unsweetened shots (I can vouch for vanilla and coconut). There are no artificial sweeteners in them.

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

He smiled at everyone he served and made sure to look out for me in case I forgot my drink. The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“
