“I've been coming to this business for years with my family. My wife and I have had the pleasure of getting to know the staff more then just "hello and goodbye'. I can tell you all day long how they've made my grandchildren's birthdays special. Now, I'm not a facebook guy. I made this account, not only because my wife didn't want to get involved, but because I wasn't going to let some piece of trash on here bash this company and their great staff. These are great people and a lot of us customers know that. This isn't a one-off; it's happened more than once, and my palate is quite sensitive—I can discern individual ingredients in my food. Could someone from this store or from Auntie Ann's corporate office please investigate? I wouldn't normally take the time to write about this, but it's become distressing as it's now affecting my enjoyment of what used to be a favorite treat.“
