“This is my favorite Panera. Very cozy with good service. The coffee is the best coffee of all the local Paneras that we have visited. **Today we were a bit disappointed because we wanted the Mediterranean Warm bowl. Of all of the warm bowls they were sold out of all but the teriyaki one. My husband got that one and I settled for a sandwich. It was only 12:55 pm and most of the warm bowls were already sold out! The saving grace though was the very cheerful and helpful manager there that we have experienced before. She put fresh coffee on, and got our cups for us and was so nice that I went away feeling a bit better about the whole experience.“

The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. Annie, the owner, often makes an appearance on the floor, either serving or checking in with guests to ensure they’re enjoying their visit. “We want here after it looked intersesting. We have tried the tres leches caramel and pistachio ones. The caramel one is a deification 10/10. Not to sweet and super light cake. A delightful treat I always plot with someone after dinner. The pistachio one is like a 7/10. Honestly could use more sweetness since the nuts made it kind of bland and bitter. They have a lot of variety but never tried it. The interior is very nice and have these beautiful Turkish lamps. Would reccommend!“

“Boxwood Cafe is a gem! The owner has created a high quality coffee shop and the employees are very friendly. I like to stop by for a latte and a baked good (scone, cookie, or blueberry bar) and sit outside at one of the side tables. Pre-Covid, they hosted open mic night and quiz night every month. Now Steve hosts a monthly Zoom Quiz Night and it is so much fun! A great locally owned cafe.“

“In addition to the tasty toasts and healthy smoothies -- with many diverse offerings and flavor profiles -- I loved the service more than anything.

The one item we didn't completely love when we went was our chai. Like many western chais, this one was too sweet. (To me, once it's that sweet, you lose all those aromatic notes of the ginger and cinnamon, but that's beside the point).

When I approached the workers with our feelings on the drink, they were quick to make a change without charging us. They completely remade the drink with less syrup, and it made a huge difference.

So, we we will definitely be back for a second visit! It's a great atmosphere, with fun options, and a helpful staff. Remaking that drink was really nice and showed they will do what's in their power to make your experience the best it can be.“
