“Someone recommended I come here and try some of the pre-made specialties. It is a small place, but there is no lack in options. Everything really just looked so good, I picked out a few things for me and my son. I picked up some Chicken francese and chicken Marsala, some marinated artichokes and some seafood salad. All of it, DELICIOUS! I have been a chef for many years so I can be picky and I can tell when places cheap out on ingredients. I did not get that vibe from here. “As a first time visitor, I would say the sandwiches are overpriced ($9) for a turkey cold cut, when you can get the same for less at a corner store. The selections for what you can put on the sandwich varies so it’s good to have options. They also don’t only make turkey sandwiches and I believe they had Halal food as well. Overall, I would stick to the corner store.“

“Totally agree about the kielbasa as the best. Love the rye bread they get from Brooklyn, it reminds me of the Jewish Rye from a bakery in Perth Amboy as a kid. I am 71 years old thus had great Eastern European ethnic food from Perth Amboy. Now for Christmas 2025 my manicurist from Poland said to get the herring from Stas. We normally make our own but I decided to try their own in oil, OMG, so good BUT I also bought the Lowell brand in vinegar as my dad used to make and we continued. EXCELLENT as well. I live in Hamilton so a good 45 mins away but soo worth it.“
