“I've been coming here since they originally opened, the food was always great but the service was always slow so I'd only come here or order if I was okay with a wait. 4 out of 5 times I always order the breakfast nachos, the exact same way...sub chorizo for chicken, sour cream on the side and jalapeños. I went there earlier this week, ordered what I always do, but when I get the check I have two add-ons that were not previously mentioned to me. had they been, I would have said that's ridiculous and nevermind. an extra $1.50 for a side of sour cream, an extra $2.00 for jarred jalapeños on top of my breakfast nachos. I understand that small businesses are struggling and they're probably trying to do what they can to keep their doors open but you have to be transparent with customers if suddenly you're going to tack an extra $3.50 onto someone's order without letting them know upfront. There's a new Mexican place in Williamstown that just opened that's been getting raving reviews, so that will likely turn into my new go-to. I don't appreciate being sneakily nickel and dimed and don't think I'll be back.“

Everytime I come here, we are always given the best service and the employees are such nice people.

“French toast was good but the what was supposed to be scrambled eggs was a plain omelette which was overcooked nothing scrambled about it and the sausage links would have been better had they not been split and burned on the split side my fathers home fries were cold and under fried waitress was super nice“

“We recently moved to the williamstown area and had a hard time finding a pizza place until we came across Tuscan Pizza. They are fantastic and amazing customer service. We asked for paper plates the one time, the driver left without them but received a call from Tuscan apologized for this and said they sent another driver by to deliver the plates. They literally arrived minutes late almost the exact same time as the pizza. This is just a small sample of their service. Top notch and amazing pizza!“

“The service is great!! My husband and I eat there often and never had a bad meal or a problem. Food was perfect, the help is friendly, and the atmosphere was so inviting. You can not beat the prices, you get more then enough food, we get to take home left overs for another meal for the next day. That old school floppy, glorious cheese pull, thin crust goodness. They've been belting out since I was a kid. High quality ingredients produces high quality results. Pricing is a couple bucks more than the half dozen competitors in the area and they dont deliver. But just makes them the perfect comfort food pizza. By the time you've had 2 or 3 other places pizzas, you remember why Sals is your go to for that slice of happiness. Incidentally they have my 2nd favorite cheese fry. So odd that theyre one of the only places to use shoe string, slighly under cooked, for those amazing floppy fries me and mine love so much! Apparently im really into floppy foods im just realizing.“

After placing an online order i was called and told my order was cancelled due to them not having fish and that id be refunded within 24hrs…. 24hrs later the transaction posted as completed. I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple times and they assured me i would be refunded and that isn’t the case. I really fell in love with this place after the first visit so please do give them a chance just not online
