Made 2lbs of pretzels 🥨 tonight and I’m so happy. I’m in it to win it and will be buying from Cannons from here on out. They were so nice too. Made me feel like I was family.“

Just as we were sitting down to eat our food the worker decided to open the doors to carry all the outdoor furniture in then kept them open while he changed trash outside too. Not a care in the world for how freezing it was for his customers. It was extremely disappointing. We drive like 25 minutes to eat here. May be a while before we do that again.“

“My teen is obsessed with the cookies of the week at Crumbl . Our love language is food and I'd do anything to see my girl smile so this location and all it offers is our favorite Crumbl. The staff is kind ( even in mad rushes- like the 2 hour wait for their birthday a few weeks ago) The staff is mostly teens and I’m impressed with their ability to run it as uniformly as they do.
I usually wait in the car while my daughter runs in, so I’ve never ordered. The staff was helpful picking flavors and showing me the ropes of ordering. We will be back again soon!“

“We started going to Sweet Eats a few years ago and have bought/ordered every birthday cake and special occasion cake from them since. Everything we’ve tried from them has been delicious. However, today we picked up a birthday cake for my daughter’s 10th birthday and were extremely disappointed. It is not at all what we ordered, we were charged extra for a rough texture but got a regular cake. My husband had said this isn’t at all what we ordered and was told “this is what you ordered, there’s no way we can do another cake.” It’s upsetting because we’ve seen the photos of custom cakes and they look amazing. Other birthdays we’ve ordered for have been great, this one for a somewhat special birthday was a total disappointment. I don’t think we would order from them again, but will still buy items in the bakery for pick up.“

“Me and my bestfriend as well as our kids always come here cause she makes the BEST chocolate Dubai bars! Every single time we come she welcomes us and treats us as if we’ve known her forever. Our kids were talking about how they never tried cookie butter before so she gave them a cookie butter chocolate bar for free to try. “If you try the cookies at Downtown Cookies and say they aren’t the most delicious things you’ve ever eaten you can’t be telling the truth! Morgan and her bakers are artists with these cookies. These are massive, dense, delectable cookies with some classic and some unique flavors that Morgan has added her own flair to. She does a flavor of the month which are always on theme for a nearby holiday and they are so fun and absolute works of art. For our wedding, Morgan did an assortment of 5 cookie flavors of our choosing, plastic wrapped each, and then packaged them in individual boxes with ribbons of our color choice (to match our theme!) and then she made stickers and adorned them to each box. It was service beyond what I expected and the presentation was immaculate. We had the cookies placed at each table setting to ensure guests wouldn’t forget their favors and, walking around at our reception, we noticed more than a few cookie boxes had already been opened and sampled before the night’s conclusion. Couldn’t even blame them! Having been set on edible favors, we’re so glad we chose Morgan and Downtown Cookies to bring a sweet end to our special day.“

A massive hoagie made with an incredible amount of quality ingredients. I was also impressed with the number of people they had working and how pleasant and helpful all of them were. In today’s world, it seems the norm is one or two overworked employees trying to do the work of four people in a store like this. Thank you for a great experience.“

“We stumbled onto this place while looking for Howard and Nan’s Record Shop which, sadly, was closed… but we did get to discover Golden Touch Pretzels. Freshly made pretzels! Delicious!
Cash only and there will be a line, so be patient. There’s a window where you can watch the pretzels being made. Great fun for kids and grownups alike ?
You can pair up your pretzels with Icees and have churros for dessert!
The building/s are accessible ♿️ with lots of doors to enter/exit, but it is crowded with people and strollers and kids and one needs patience and care to get around. The doors open with the touch of one’s foot.

“I had my wedding cake made here many years ago. I always disliked wedding cakes and I said I would have the best wedding cake and I did! Not only said by me but everyone who ate it loved it. It's been 12 years since than and some of my friends and family still talk about it. Not sure if the same baker is there but I hope so because he or she were amazing! It was the tres leches cake by the way super fluffy and super duper moist. Yumm!“
