I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. The environment is so friendly and inviting, the staff is sweet as can be and the dessert are DELICIOUS!! It was our first time here so they offered us one of three cookies to try and phew they sold us on the spot, we tried the cannoli and ricotta cookies and they were mouthwateringly good, they were light, fluffy and subtle yet still packed with flavor, they were so good we grabbed a half a pound!! We also snagged a massive fudgie brownie and betty funfetti cookie both absolutely phenomenal and all for under $20!!! 100/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, they even have a few liquor infused treats for those old enough to enjoy…OH and they offer ice cream on Thursday nights!! The staff is kind ( even in mad rushes- like the 2 hour wait for their birthday a few weeks ago) The staff is mostly teens and I’m impressed with their ability to run it as uniformly as they do.

“If you try the cookies at Downtown Cookies and say they aren’t the most delicious things you’ve ever eaten you can’t be telling the truth! Morgan and her bakers are artists with these cookies. These are massive, dense, delectable cookies with some classic and some unique flavors that Morgan has added her own flair to. She does a flavor of the month which are always on theme for a nearby holiday and they are so fun and absolute works of art. For our wedding, Morgan did an assortment of 5 cookie flavors of our choosing, plastic wrapped each, and then packaged them in individual boxes with ribbons of our color choice (to match our theme!) and then she made stickers and adorned them to each box. It was service beyond what I expected and the presentation was immaculate. We had the cookies placed at each table setting to ensure guests wouldn’t forget their favors and, walking around at our reception, we noticed more than a few cookie boxes had already been opened and sampled before the night’s conclusion. Couldn’t even blame them! Having been set on edible favors, we’re so glad we chose Morgan and Downtown Cookies to bring a sweet end to our special day.“

The sweets are very sweet, but sometimes during the holidays there are not many choices, and the sweets were not as sweet as usual, and they are always on display and they do not know what is in it. I advise them to write the ingredients for each sweet. There are times when I am allergic to something and I do not know what is in it, and when I do not ask them, they do not know, but they just say chocolate or vanilla.“

I no longer date this guy and I live an hour and 10 min away from here and we don’t have this bakery in Central Jersey. I travel up here just to come here. It’s worth the ride. The cake was delicious and so pretty it was perfect. We have gotten other items from the bakery on other occasions such as cake pops, rice crispy pops, marshmallow sticks, cookies, the cupcakes in a cup and the banana pudding which was the best I've ever tried. It was Super Bowl Sunday so the place was packed with a nonstop line and we had hungry people on the way to our house. The employees were just incredible. Extremely apologetic and started making our food right away, offered a discount and had my husband out of there in 30 minutes. The food was fantastic as always and it was one of the best birthday cakes I've had. We'll still be going to them for catering needs in the future because of the way they responded yesterday, mistakes happen and then made it right!“

The building/s are accessible ♿️ with lots of doors to enter/exit, but it is crowded with people and strollers and kids and one needs patience and care to get around. The doors open with the touch of one’s foot.

“I try to stop at Cacia's whenever I am traveling in NJ. I've been at several of their NJ locations. I have never been disappointed. I stopped here today and I always get the 12 slice deal. My son got a chicken parm sandwich and I grabbed a long seeded roll as well. I love their tomatoe pie and the one I got today was delicious. The sauce is awesome and the dough and crust is amazing. I usually bring it home, heat it up for dinner and drizzle some top shelf olive oil on it. Man, the tomatoe pie is the bomb!! Their rolls are always great as well. I love this place and I am always super happy whenever I walk into Cacia's!!
