“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

Although I don't indulge in pretzels for myself very often, I occasionally purchase some for friends and family, including the 10 I bought today to share with homeless individuals in need of a little pick-me-up. The friendly and helpful staff members at this location have always impressed me. With ample parking available, the convenience of visiting this spot is unmatched. I would love to see the addition of a vegan stuffed pretzel on the menu, despite the potential challenges in catering to a niche market. Who knows, perhaps there is a demand for such a product that is waiting to be tapped.“

“I had a hankering for a Philly Soft Pretzel right after I saw their store. I made a u-turn and stopped to visit. They had just put out some mini-pretzels that were still warm! Never knew such a thing existed, just the right size to curb the craving eithout spoiling lunch. Price was good, and the cashier was quite pleasent. Done deal, now I'm a fan!“

“I really appreciate the workers that were there today. As I walked in, it was packed and they looked overwhelmed. Come to find out, they were short staffed and doing their best. I can absolutely agree that they were doing their best. It was a lot going on and other customers were not patient or kind but the workers continued to service as best as they could. Hope this review finds them to let them know at least someone was on their side!“
