“TA Chingon Taqueria opened a food truck not long ago at the corner of Burnt Mill and Evesham in Cherry Hill. They serve authentic Mexican food! From tacos Al pastor, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, and quesabirria!! I fell in love with the taste right away and so I request their services for catering and I couldn’t be more happy for doing so! They were very attentive, they had an amazing set up for us. I also requested for them to make two Agua Fresca drinks ( Horchata and Jamaica) it was fantastic!! My guests loved the food and drinks!! I’d definitely recommend these guys! After they finish the setup, they gave us extra salsa, onion, cilantro, 2 gallons of the Agua Frescas, and tortillas. They left and after some time they actually came back with more tortillas just Incase we were running low!! This kind of service is PRICELESS!!! Amazing job guys!! Shout out to Yasmín, Luz and Rene!! you guys did an amazing job. You have won a customer for life!! I will definitely be doing catering from you guys again!! Gracias!! ❤️❤️❤️“

I ordered the basics. 2 chicken tacos and 1 beef taco. It was quick and they were so GOOD! I went for myself, but ended up sharing with my husband because I was so full! I’ll definitely go back! Carlos Compadres is an absolute gem. We tried the Tacos Árabes, Semita, and Chapulines, and every single dish was phenomenal. The flavors were bold, authentic, and true to Puebla-style cuisine. It honestly felt like being transported straight to Puebla City with every bite.

The Tacos Árabes were perfectly seasoned and wrapped in soft pita-style bread, the Cemita was loaded with fresh ingredients and packed with flavor, and the Chapulines were a fun, crunchy, and truly authentic touch you rarely find outside of Mexico.

If you’re looking for real Puebla food in New Jersey, this is the spot. Not only is the food top-notch, but the authenticity and attention to detail make it stand out from the typical taco places around. Highly recommended!

I ordered Enchiladas De Mole Poblano which was plenty by itself but also ordered Mexican Empanadas Tinga chicken. “Portions were very small (Fagitas) we ordered the steak chicken and shrimp. Barely any chicken or steak but 5 skewered shrimp on top to hide the fact there wasn’t much meat in the dish. Also loaded with peppers and onions because they’re cheap. Also ordered a spicy guacamole that wasn’t spicy at all had green peppers in instead of jalapeños. Then I was charged 2.00 for a tiny container of pepper sauce to make it hot. I think the other Plaza azteca in Washington twp. Is much better and different owner because they’re franchised. Wouldn’t recommend this one at all“
