“I came in for The Big Meal Deal the other night. I was seated in no time at all with a great view of the big screen TV. Minutes later a young lady named Maddy came over and introduced herself and asked if I would like to order a beverage. I ordered my beverage and my meal at the same time . Maddy then inquired if I would be interested in an appetizer. I do like buffalo wings so I ordered them as a starter. My beverage was delivered to my table very quickly by Maddy. She returned with the buffalo wings at almost an unbelievable short wait, I was offered ranch and bleu cheese for dipping and wet naps and napkins for my hands. To my surprise my bacon cheese burger came out exactly as ordered medium rare. (Nice Tender And Juicy) I expect to return to the Middletown Applebee`s in the very near future. I will be asking to be seated in Maddy`s section and I suggest you do the same. Maddy is very professional and treats you with a fun, friendly, attentive and respectful personality !!!“

“First time at Charlie’s of Lincroft after frequenting their Bay Head location for years. The experience was 5 stars all the way around. Food was excellent and our server Heidi was top notch! Highly recommend the octopus appetizer and the NY strip steak. Both done to perfection. Not a cheap night out but definitely a special night out. We’ll be back!“

He helped me out with choosing what to eat as he recommended me to get the wonton tacos and I really enjoyed the sauce on them, they were really good! “1st time ordering from here. We tried the Cobb Salad to go. Owner ran out of Blue Cheese but asked if we wanted an alternate cheese. Was still delicious! Very fresh and tasty! Portion size was good. Owner was also very friendly. Even though Keansburg is desolate due to the season, this restaurant is still open and it's worth the trip to either eat in or order out from here. I recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.“

“I have dined here multiple times. The food is always great as is the service. The restaurant has a cute vibe, however the last few times I have eaten here the restaurant has been extremely dirty. The silverware is not clean and the tables and floors are not clean. The tables nearby remain uncleared for the duration of our dining. “This was the first time we had just an average experience. I was taking a friend out to celebrate her birthday because we always love the excellent service and food. Yesterday things worked out in the end (through a manager) but several negative things occurred. For one thing, the filet mignon/lobster tail combination was not cooked properly. One order was for “medium” and it was totally rare. Had to get manager because server was busy bartending and waitressing. The manager took the meat back and had it recooked. Also, the lobster tail was extremely tiny. We have had this dish before, and the tail was always small but not tiny small. Ok, so now I am eating by myself while my friend is waiting for her dinner. BTW! It came out very rare again. The manager offered my friend a soup or salad so she could eat something while waiting. The Caesar salad was chosen. The croutons were stale. A new piece of meat was cooked up...finally to perfection. Took three tries! The birthday desserts were delicious and the chicken pesto appetizer was perfect. We do not think the service was up to par since we have always had such friendly servers. Another waitress came out to us because we felt like she was avoiding us. As I said, it worked out because the meals were taken care of, but i hope we do not experience this again. Seasons 52 has been one of my favorite restaurant and of course, I will give it another try!“

“Houlihan's is definitely one of my go to dinner or lunch places on a regular basis. I always ask for Colleen as her customer service skills are an A+++. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and makes great recommendations. Besides the made to order food; the amazing french onion soup, yummy chicken wings, perfect salmon, prime rib sandwich, just like homemade pot roast, just to name a few good foods, Colleen is a main reason why I have been a regular for so many years. A shout out also to Al, one of the managers who is also a staple at the Holmdel Houlihan's. He is a true customer service person and he always greets you with a big smile. As a matter of fact I am going to Houlihan's tonight for dinner and have already requested my favorite waitress Colleen. Now what should I order tonight....mmmmm“

“For a hotel, it certainly was refreshing. Traveling a lot you don't always get the best food selection.

With that said, the crispy Brussels sprouts, OH-EM-GEE. Hear me out. They were the best thing I think I've eaten...in well, ever. It wasn't just the whole Brussels sprout itself, it was mostly the outer skins that was coated in seasonings, oil, and crispy. They were SO GOOD!

I definitely recommend the French Onion soup as well, we had that twice. 😋“

This creative Chef who works magic with food has turned Drew’s Bayshore Bistro into one of the most popular restaurants to eat at. People come from all over to enjoy and will take any time slot available to do so. We have eaten here more times than I can count and have had many group dinners and celebrations. Drew’s new location is beyond beautiful and only a stone’s throw from his prior place. We just love the feel of the new home and the beautiful ambiance. it’s absolutely gorgeous from street view and fits perfectly into Keyport’s historic vibe. The food is also over the top insanely incredible. Oh yes I have favorites. The scallops are perfectly sautéed, tender juicy and was served with pesto risotto. A true explosion of flavor. Broiled oysters are one of the most incredible thing I’ve ever tasted and honestly could eat two portions for my main, but haven’t done that yet as there are so many things to try. Pork chops, steaks, soft shell crabs, voodoo shrimp, homemade ice cream and all his special makes it hard to choose what to order. Incredible list of specials are always offered. Menu changes for seasonal favorites. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I look at the menu.
